Return and Refund Policy

In the highly unlikely event that there is damage to your item; We offer an unconditional 60 day guarantee. The guarantee does not apply to personalized items or gift items. If you have a problem with the quality of some of our products, you can return and get a product exchange within 60 days of receipt. You will have to pay for the return shipping cost.

If your item was damaged in the shipping process or you receive the wrong item, please send us photos of the damage within 2 days of receiving it at support@majestia.us. We will contact you and give you an answer.

Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below.

Please make sure you understand our return policy and all criteria are met before physically returning items to us. Note: Majestia reserves the right to charge a handling fee on all returned products.   

Important  : It must be taken into account that the parcel will visit your home twice on different days with your package, if no one is found to receive it in those two attempts, it will be at the post office more on the same date. Nearby (usually 2 to 5 days; check with your post office). However, we have not been able to collect your package.

GENERAL RETURNS

  1. All products must be returned in their original condition. 
  1. Incorrectly shipped products: For wrongly shipped items, once confirmed, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees. 
  1. Color Errors: If the color of the item received is not the same as the order, you are eligible to receive another item shipped to you.  
  2. We are not obliged to send or guarantee any extras in our pieces such as rubbers, extra pieces, backpacks, etc.

RETURN FOR REPLACEMENT OR REFUND

Quality problems: We will be responsible for an exchange or refund for product quality problems within 60 days from Customers.

Customers may need to send the product back to us, and then confirm that the product has not been damaged on purpose, we will change the product.

REFUNDS

Cancellation and refund request: Orders are requested from the manufacturer are published after the purchase of the customer, throughout the days 1 business day after the creation of the order to request the cancellation of the order. To obtain an order, the client must send an email to: support@majestia.us with the subject: "Order cancellation" It is mandatory to include your order number and the reason for cancellation.

Majestia and its Manufacturers reserve the right to grant or not the reimbursement to the customer.

Refunds take a period of 14 calendar days in which they are made.
